1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Lottsaver account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and a resident of Australia. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Scope (The “Non-Gambling” Rule)

• No Wagering: Lottsaver is an information-only utility. We do not sell lottery tickets, facilitate bets, or payout prizes.
• Independent Entity:We have NO affiliation, endorsement, or commercial relationship with “The Lott,” Tatts Group, or any state-owned lottery corporation.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium Features:Subscriptions grant “Ad-Free” access and “Email Notification” features.
• Billing: Payments are handled via Apple/Google. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Refunds:In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds for digital services are generally not provided for “change of mind.” All refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store.

4. Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

• Best Effort Basis: Draw results are fetched from public websites. While we strive for accuracy, we provide no guarantee of the data’s correctness, completeness, or timeliness.
• Verification Obligation: You are legally obligated to manually verify your physical lottery ticket with an official retailer or the official lottery website.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, aki fukaku shall not be liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) arising from:
  • Incorrect or delayed draw results.
  • Failure of push/email notifications.
  • The accidental disposal of a winning ticket based on App data.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our scraping backend, bypass subscription checks, or use the app for any illegal purposes under Australian law.
