Lottsaver (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information Collection

• Account Information: When you sign up via Email, Google, or Apple OAuth, we collect your email address and profile identifiers.
• Lottery Data: We store the lottery numbers you manually input to provide our core matching service.
• Subscription Data: Payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your credit card details; we only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
• Device & Notification Data: We collect Expo Push Tokens to send match alerts.
• Usage Data: We may use anonymized analytics to improve app performance and monitor ad delivery.

3. Use of Information

We use your data strictly to:

• Authenticate your account via Supabase.
• Process background matching via Azure Functions.
• Deliver push notifications and, for subscribers, automated email results.
• Manage your “Ad-Free” status based on your subscription.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We engage trusted service providers who may process your data outside Australia (e.g., USA):

• Supabase: Identity and Database management.
• Microsoft Azure: Cloud infrastructure and data fetching.
• Expo (650 Industries): Push notification infrastructure.
• Google AdMob: To serve advertisements (for non-subscribers).

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

In accordance with Australian law, you may access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account and all stored lottery numbers within the App Settings or by contacting support@akifukaku.com.
